Our suite of roofing materials are not builder grade that can be found at Home Depot or Lowes. You will more than likely receive quotes that are lower than ours but rest assured your roof will not leak 1 year after it’s installed. Our IKO products carry a strong manufacturer warranties, one of the strongest in the roofing world. Many roofers buy their products in after market lots which are significantly cheaper and do not carry warranties.
